Our monthly plan offers a solution to this. You have the flexibility to pause and resume your subscription as needed, ensuring that you only pay for the designer’s services when you have work ready for them. This way, you optimize your costs and get the most value out of the arrangement.

Upon subscribing, you gain the ability to add an unlimited number of design requests to your queue, and they will be delivered to you one by one.

Typically, the majority of requests are completed within a speedy two days or even less. However, please note that more intricate requests may require additional time for completion.

It might come as a surprise, but Self Promo US Design Center operates as a one-person agency. As the founder of Self Promo US, I’ll be your direct point of contact. However, for power-ups requests like animations or custom illustrations, we collaborate with our team of partner designers.

We get it; you might not have loads of design work every month. Maybe just a couple of requests for now. That’s where pausing your subscription comes to the rescue.

Our billing cycles are set for a 31-day period. So, let’s say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. When you pause, the billing cycle stops, and you’ll still have 10 days of service left to be used anytime in the future. No worries, it’s all in your control!

Figma and Adobe is the primary tool we use for designing most of the requests.

At Self Promo US, we provide incredible flexibility in requesting designs through Trello. Clients commonly request designs directly via Trello, and share Google docs, or even record brief videos for those who prefer a non-written approach. Essentially, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, we’re all for it!

No need to worry! We’ll make as many revisions as necessary to ensure the design meets your expectations and leaves you completely satisfied.

No problem at all! Once you’re done with your request, you can simply pause your subscription and come back whenever you have more design needs. Don’t let any unused portion of your subscription go to waste. We’ll be here when you need us!
